I am Maurizio Mamo and for more than 10 years I have been managing businesses, from a startup stage to successful well-established stages. There is no secret formula to this but there are ways how you can prime yourself and your frame of mind in order to enhance your performance and that of your business.

My Mentoring

My mentoring is practical, functional and based on experience. I bring to the table 22 years of experience in various positions in different levels. I understand the various facets of a business and the difficulties businessman are faced with on a daily basis. I can therefore help them apply what I have learnt during the years I have been in business. My style is not academic but based on a lifelong journey of learning which was mostly self taught through trial and error.

I mentor only a small number of businessman at a time. This enables me to give as much attention as possible to those I mentor. I have turned small businesses with small turnover to seven figures over the span of a few years. I also act as a CEO and founder for my own business for which I obtained great results. I help on a daily basis individuals in higher management positions to attain results and build better businesses that are successful.

I am well versed with the challenges companies face. It is not easy running a business and at times it helps having someone seasoned and experienced. I have the advantage of having a consultancy background in IT and business. Over the year I have obtained insight through experiences with different businesses in different sectors that where facing different challenges. This experience helped me understand the mechanics of a successful business. Methodology that I help other businesses apply and use to ensure success.
