I started my career young. I was not a very keen academic person. I was smart, but books did not attract me much. I was more about building experience.
At the age of 20, I was already working as an IT manager with a local Group of companies. My career as an employee ended seven years later when at the age of 27, I decided to stop working for others and start working for myself by that time I had already built significant experience managing projects in various areas of business.
I am in my late thirties at the time of writing this since then, I owned several retail businesses and founded an IT services company that I still manage today as CEO and founder. I have built businesses that generated 7-digit revenue figures from nothing without any cash investment, and to date, I am still building other companies with similar aspirations.
During my career, I consulted several businesses both from an ICT strategy side, as well as the business side. To date, although I am still a techie, I find that business excites me more than delving into technology and my experience to date allows me to be of help to other small businesses or entrepreneurs. The fact is I am not an academic, what I teach I have done myself, I have been there, and I did it multiple times, the mistakes and the successes. I closed businesses that were not working, and I built others from nothing to successful ones.
In a nutshell, the contribution I can give to you if you are reading this and are interested in my services is helping you out with whatever is keeping your business from taking off. I am a very straight forward person, and I will always tell you the truth no matter how hard it is for you to hear. In the end, your business, your life and your happiness depend on clarity and success. I am there to help with that.
